For many years the Cambridgeshire Conservative Associations have run a programme of events, meetings and briefings for local Business Group members.

Our Business Group membership is made up from a broad range of Cambridgeshire companies who recognise value from: -

• An inclusive and open basis to interface with our MP’s, MEP’s and other campaign resources;
• A programme of events and functions that reflect local business concerns, from a Parliamentary (both UK and European) context;
• Access to the politicians and influencers that represent Cambridgeshire business.

We enjoy tremendous support from our local MP’s (Andrew Lansley and James Paice) and MEP’s (Vicky Ford, Geoffrey van Orton and Robert Sturdy) who contribute and participate with our Business Group.

Typical events have included: -

• The impact of a wider EU and workforce movements across East Anglia
• A pre-budget briefing
• Conservative policy themes for East Anglia
• Dinner at the House of Commons
